Refund Policy

At CHIQUI CHIQUI, we take pride in creating thoughtfully designed products and limited-edition collections. Please review our refund and return policy before making a purchase.
Pre-Order Items
All pre-order purchases are considered final sale.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that the item is being produced for a future release and understand the estimated shipping timeline provided on the product page.
Pre-order items cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged once the order has been placed, except in cases of manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors.
Returns
Eligible non-pre-order items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
- Original tags and packaging must be included.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be denied.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Pre-order products
- Limited-edition releases
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Customized or personalized products
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
If approved, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, customers may return an approved item and place a new order separately.
