Each CHIQUI CHIQUI piece is thoughtfully designed to celebrate art, heritage, and identity. We are committed to delivering your order with care and transparency.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During new collection launches, limited-edition releases, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Pre-Order Items

Many CHIQUI CHIQUI products are released as exclusive pre-orders and produced in limited quantities.

For pre-order purchases:

  • Estimated shipping dates are displayed on the product page.
  • Production timelines may vary based on manufacturing and logistics.
  • Customers will receive tracking information once their order ships.
  • If significant delays occur, we will communicate updates via email.

For example, products marked “Ships July 2026” are expected to begin shipping during that month.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship throughout the United States.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected shipping method

Estimated transit times typically range from 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on location and carrier.

International Shipping

We may offer international shipping to select countries.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local government.

Delivery times for international orders vary by destination and customs processing.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately.

CHIQUI CHIQUI is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

If your package is lost, stolen, or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in working with the carrier.

However, CHIQUI CHIQUI cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged packaging
  • Photos of the damaged product

We will review the claim and work toward an appropriate resolution.
