Refund policy
Returns
We want you to love your CHIQUI CHIQUI purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
- All original tags must be attached.
- Items must be free of stains, odors, pet hair, makeup, or damage.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Limited-edition releases marked as Final Sale
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards
- Digital products
- Items purchased during special clearance or promotional sales marked as Final Sale
Pre-Order Items
Many CHIQUI CHIQUI products are produced in limited quantities through exclusive pre-order releases.
Pre-order purchases may be canceled within 48 hours of placing the order. After production begins, pre-order purchases become non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Exchanges
At this time, exchanges are subject to product availability.
If you need a different size or wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on available inventory.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and provide a replacement, exchange, or refund when appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
