Order Processing
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, seasonal demand, and collection releases.
Customers will receive a confirmation email after placing an order and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once the order has been fulfilled.
Pre-Order Products
Certain products, including limited-edition releases, may be offered on a pre-order basis.
Pre-order items are not currently in stock and are produced specifically for upcoming releases.
Estimated shipping dates are displayed on the product page at the time of purchase.
For the Boricua Heart Cap First Edition, estimated shipping is scheduled to begin in July 2026.
Please note that production and shipping timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by manufacturing, supplier, customs, weather, or carrier delays. If significant delays occur, customers will be notified via email.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship throughout the United States.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated during checkout based on destination and selected shipping method.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available for select destinations.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges imposed by their local government.
CHIQUI CHIQUI is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Tracking Information
Once an order ships, tracking information will be provided via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
CHIQUI CHIQUI is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, CHIQUI CHIQUI is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the carrier directly and notify us so we may assist where possible.
